The contract is considered void in the event of a breach of one of the aforementioned conditions and the official has the right to cancel the contract without giving reasons.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rented room and if this is proven, the value of the paid insurance will be deducted and the tenant has no right to claim it back upon departure.
The tenant and the families accompanying minor children bear responsibility for their safety and security and all their actions and what results from them while using the hotel facilities
